Mauro Finatti is Stratus’ Corporate Director and has extensive managerial and legal expertise, including experience in regulatory matters affecting financial and capital markets. Mauro joined Stratus Group in 2010 after having rendered services, as outside counsel, at Machado Meyer, a leading Brazilian law firm, where he represented Stratus in several transactions, and managed his family’s company. Mauro Finatti holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School (USA), an executive MBA from FGV-SP (Brazil) and an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo Law School (Brazil). He is approved to practise law in Brazil and in New York.
