The Financial Advisory entity of the Stratus Group provides services to Brazilian and multinational clients, through the development of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions. This activity is not related to Stratus portfolio of private equity investments and is performed under a separate entity with a dedicated team, with restrictions related to businesses in which Stratus has interests as either a shareholder or prospective investor.

The Stratus Group, through its Financial Advisory division, operates as the Brazilian representative in the M&A International - the largest global alliance of specialized M&A firms.
